Charl is the lead makeup educator at The Doll’s House, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Having worked across the UK and internationally, including in Dubai and on professional photo shoots, she brings a wealth of real-world expertise to both her treatments and training.
A specialist in bridal makeup and beauty treatments, including nails, brows, and lashes, Charl’s true passion lies in helping people feel confident in themselves. Whether she’s teaching, treating, or preparing someone for a special moment, her goal is always the same: for you to leave feeling confident, comfortable, and your best.

Molly has been part of The Doll’s House since she was just 15, starting out as the Saturday girl and growing with the salon every step of the way. Her journey from those early days to where she is now reflects her passion, dedication, and genuine love for the industry.
Specialising in nail art and makeup, including bridal and photoshoot work, Molly is known for her creativity and attention to detail. What she loves most, though, is being with clients, getting to know them, and making people feel good. Her aim is simple: for every person to leave feeling confident, comfortable, and looked after.
